According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A non-drip beverage pourer in the form of a one-piece, round, elastically flexible sheet with an embossed pouring surface. When flexed (folded or rolled) to form the pouring surface into a "U" or tube shape, partially inserted through a pour opening and into a neck of a bottle, and released, the sheet passively conforms to the shape of the bottle opening to form a pour channel.
