ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,443,836, issued on Oct. 14.
"Threshold adjustable superconducting logic gate with neural circuit" was invented by Ali Bozbey (Ankara, Turkey) and Altay Karamuftuoglu (Ankara, Turkey).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A logic gate with a neuron circuit which is used in electronic logic circuits, enables the arithmetic inputs to give output signal over the threshold value depending on a set threshold value according to the used AND, OR and MAJORITY logic gates, and enables to realize the logic processes by adjusting the triggering threshold value."
The patent was filed on July 8, 2020, under Application No. 17/626,927.
