According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The application discloses a roll paper cutting device. The roll paper cutting device adopts an improved opening and closing design. When paper cutting is required, the left semi-cylinder and the right semi-cylinder can be opened, and the left semi-cylinder and the right semi-cylinder can be closed after paper is put in, and then the paper can be cut with a blade. This design is more convenient for putting in roll paper, and it is also more convenient to change and cut other roll paper."
