ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. PP37,030, issued on Oct. 14.
"Heuchera plant named 'FJF 1811'" was invented by Frederic Lafontaine (Bas-Oha, Belgium).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new and distinct Heuchera cultivar named 'FJF 1811' is disclosed, characterized by fiery red spring and summer foliage with lime-yellow margins and red veins. Flower panicles are bright red with pink. Plants have sturdy, dense habits and strong stems. The new variety is a Heuchera, normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant."
The patent was filed on Dec. 18, 2024, under Application No. 18/985,473.
