"Automatic hygienic hot water expediter device" was invented by Chris Lee Nelson (North East, Pa.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An automatic hygienic hot water expediter device for the hastening of the delivery of warm/hot water to a spigot for purposes of hygiene and comfort. The automatic hygienic hot water expediter device generally includes a controller, tubing or piping composed of code-appropriate materials, and flow control components."

The patent was filed on Oct. 3, 2022, under Application No. 17/958,730.
