ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,463,581, issued on Nov. 4.
"Universal solar panel support system" was invented by Feliks E. Yamnik (Raleigh, N.C.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A universal solar panel support system including a plurality of universal solar panel corner supports for receiving solar panels. The universal solar panel support system is designed to transition from a resting, undeployed configuration to a lifted, deployed configuration to capture sunlight. The universal solar panel support system is mountable to a flat surface."
The patent was filed on Jan. 21, 2025, under Application No. 19/032,618.
