According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This invention describes of a means of stabilizing lipophilic drugs for long-term storage by incorporating them into a "thermally stabilized nanoemulsion" that has a phase transition temperature that is at or below the body temperature of 37 C and above a storage temperature of 4-8 C.
