According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A roof flashing is disclosed herein. The roof flashing can include a bottom half having a first plate and a first neck portion and also a top half having a second plate and a second neck portion. At least one of the first neck portion and the second neck portion can include a pipe portion formed from a first material and a sealing portion formed from a second material.
