According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A laser measuring stakeout device may include a sleeve having a first end opposite a second end and defining a throughhole from the first end to the second end. The sleeve further defining at least one threaded perforation to receive a bolt therein, the secure the sleeve to a pole.
