"Fishing lure with inverted bill" was invented by Kevin Bryant (Dallas).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A fishing lure includes a hook assembly and a body assembly. The hook assembly includes a hook, an inverted bill coupled to the hook, and an eyelet coupled to an underneath surface of the inverted bill. The body assembly is coupled to the hook assembly."
The patent was filed on March 22, 2021, under Application No. 17/208,443.
