According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A lower-body garment comprises a left leg portion, a right leg portion and an intermediate portion connecting the left leg portion to the right leg portion. The intermediate portion has a groin covering portion adapted to extend over a groin area of a wearer. The groin covering portion has a 3D textile. The 3D textile has at least one opening. In use, the opening of the 3D textile is stretched and compressed by a walking movement of the wearer thereby creating air movement."
