According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A tintable storage box is provided. The tintable storage box includes a container having one or more walls that form an interior compartment for storing items. A door controls access to the interior compartment and uses a locking mechanism to change between a locked and unlocked state.
