According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A mobile collection and distribution cart allows a place for users to sleep, lounge, or stand up, as well as a storage place for belongings or recyclables collected from streets or roads. The cart is solar powered by cells on the roof and awning, with storage in a battery. The battery powers a motor attached to the cart wheels.
