"Heat reclamation system within a cooling tower for a manufacturing facility" was invented by William Jones (East Grand Rapids, Mich.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An industrial heat exchange system includes a cooling tower having an exterior wall and a top aperture. An exhaust fan is positioned near the top aperture. A mixing space of the cooling tower is positioned below the exhaust fan. An ambient air inlet extends through the exterior wall for providing outside air into the mixing space.
