According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A tool holding mechanism includes an upper slotted segment, a lower slotted segment, and a back segment. The upper slotted segment extends from the back segment at an obtuse angle. The lower slotted segment extends from the back segment at roughly 90 degrees. The one or more slots of the upper segment and one or more slots of the lower segment are configured to accept a tool into upper and lower slots.
