According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A fan that is convenient for storage includes protective outer shell, protective inner shell, base, device shell, control board, switch, power motor, and fan blades. During use, pressing switch at the center of the back of device shell causes control board to control operation of power motor, which drives fan blades to rotate.
