According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention herein describes a card handling device used for automatically shuffling two card decks sequentially for use in a novel casino card game. The device shuffles a first deck and moves it to a first output tray and then shuffles a second deck which is moved to a second output tray. A microcontroller randomly decides which deck is to be moved to which output tray. A moveable hood obscures observation of the two output trays while the shuffling and deck movements are underway. ...
