According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention pertains to a vaping like device comprising a mouthpiece with an outlet for inhaling, a shell comprising a housing, a module adapted to fit into the housing of the shell and adapted to be cooled to a temperature below 32deg F., further comprising a circuit contacting the module and conveying outside air to the mouthpiece thus cooling the air inhaled through the mouthpiece."
