According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A cable clamp for use with telecommunication cables. The cable clamp is a two piece design comprising a top plate and a bottom plate. The cable clamp having a first closing mechanism arranged on a first end thereof and a second closing mechanism arranged on a second end thereof.
