According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A housing accommodates an article to which an RF tag is attached. A top portion of the housing has an opening. A left side portion, a back portion, and a right side portion include radio wave absorbing layers, respectively. The upper ends of these portions are higher than the upper end of a front portion.
