According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A neck scarf or shawl formed of a cylindrical of fabric. The transverse width and the circumference of the tubular body are sized to permit the scarf to be worn by an adult person and to cover the upper arms and upper body of the person in a fully deployed position.
