According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A snow shovel device for shoveling snow includes a shovel blade that is widened along a lateral axis to shovel snow from a support surface. A first handle is attached to and extends upwardly from the shovel blade and the first handle can be gripped by a user thereby enabling the user to push the shovel blade along the support surface to push the snow.
