According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to an adjustable fan having a housing, a motor, a battery, and a plurality of fan blades. The fan further includes an adjustable support structure (e.g. gooseneck) to allow the position and direction of the operation of the fan to be readily manipulated.
