According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A adjustable caster mounting plate for moving modular structures or other heavy materials with a mounting plate, a caster assembly attached to the bottom of the mounting plate, a primary guide tab attached to the top of the mounting plate, a secondary guide tab attached to the top of the mounting plate, and a mounting tab disposed on the top surface of the mounting plate."
