ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,291,490, issued on May 6.

"Method and apparatus for producing liquid nitrogen fertilizer and plasma activated water" was invented by Burak Karadag (Swindon, Great Britain).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention relates to a method and apparatus for in situ production of liquid nitrogen fertilizer and plasma activated water for agricultural nutrient management and irrigation water treatment. In the invention, there are two different kinds of plasma reactors operates in tandem."
