ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,310,456, issued on May 27.
"Method for forming shoestring tying devices which are vertically separated" was invented by Yong Ho Cho (Goyang-si, South Korea).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to shoes having shoestrings that are tied all at once, and to a method for forming shoestring tying devices, the method allowing the fastening portions of pull string loop positioned at the upper left and right sides of the shoes to be vertically separated to allow tying."
The patent was filed on June 3, 2022, under Application No. 18/565,556.
