According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method for destroying pathogens is disclosed. The method includes forming anionic polymer encapsulants (CAPs) including ingredients in a plasma reaction chamber (PRC). The ingredients include at least one of: a) one or more essential oils; and b) an energy amplifying liquid.
