According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A multipurpose utility attachment device for equipping a variety of tools to an adjustable shaft includes a grip. The grip is a handle and has a flat end. A telescopic shaft comprises a first portion, a second portion, and a pair of spring pins.
