According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A door stop rod assembly includes a base having a room defined therein. A neck and a yoke are respectively connected to two opposite ends of the base. The collapsible part is connected to the neck. The yoke includes a notch against which the door knob contacts.
