"Camera sight device for a weapon" was invented by Robert Marshall Campbell (Miami).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A camera system having a sight device, with a housing configurable for securing about a weapon, the camera connects with a smart phone device for displaying an image from the sight device for accurately targeting with a weapon."
The patent was filed on Dec. 20, 2021, under Application No. 17/556,824.
