ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,258,498, issued on March 25.

"Adhesive set, adhesive body, and manufacturing method therefor" was invented by Toru Tanaka (Tokyo), Takashi Kawamori (Tokyo), Masahiro Matsunaga (Tokyo) and Yosuke Fujiyasu (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An adhesive set includes a main agent containing a decomplexing agent and an initiator containing an organoborane complex. At least one of the main agent and the initiator further contains a compound having a radically polymerizable group. At least one of the main agent and the initiator further contains a compound having a thiocarbonylthio structure."
