According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A reflective decorative panel is provided, which comprises a monolithic base that is a module of the panel and cantilever elements made integral with the base. Movable reflective elements are arranged on the cantilever elements by using holes. Connecting elements for connecting the modules of different reflective decorative panels are provided on edge sections of the base.
