"Muscle memory training appartus and method of use" was invented by Gaetano Cimo (Laguna Niquel, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A muscle memory training apparatus mitigates movement disorders by restoring muscle memories, aka motor learning, that have become aberrant. It restores reflex stabilization muscle memories thereby providing a stable platform upon which voluntary muscle memories are restored.
