ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,251,359, issued on March 18.
"Disposable nasal and eye wash dispenser" was invented by Gary J. Pontecorvo (Stockton, N.J.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An apparatus for rinsing sinuses or eyes, comprising a hand crushable container containing saline solution, and a dispenser configured to make a liquid tight seal with the container at one end, and a liquid tight seal with a nostril or an eye socket at the other end."
The patent was filed on June 14, 2023, under Application No. 18/209,507.
