ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,319,193, issued on June 3.

"Brine density apparatuses and methods" was invented by Dean Grose (Eighty Four, Pa.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A brine separation system based on density. The system senses brine density and directs brine having a low density to a standard brine storage area and brine having a high density to a heavy brine storage area using a sensor and valves coupled to a processor-based controller."

The patent was filed on Dec. 12, 2023, under Application No. 18/537,731.
