According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A removable rack system for a pick-up truck bed has a bored panel (such as pegboard) to which retractable pin securements may be joined for lashing cargo to the panel. Footers on the panel keep the panel spaced off the truck bed. Sets of locking wedges brace the panel within the truck bed.
