ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,338,986, issued on June 24.
"Device and apparatus for horticultural lighting and ventilation" was invented by Schuyler David Milton (Vienna, Va.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A device and method to provide lighting and ventilation for horticultural applications. The invention relates to a device that combines lighting and ventilation into a single device that enables more efficient lighting and ventilation, and thereby greater environmental control for controlled environment agriculture."
The patent was filed on June 22, 2024, under Application No. 18/751,235.
