"Bulldozer with fire apparatus" was invented by Grant Stanton Cooper (San Rafael, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An apparatus for a bulldozer that makes the process of controlling a wildfire safer and more effective. The apparatus includes a large capacity water tank that can be mounted to a rear of dozer using a frame. A pump can draw water from the water tank and pump the water at a high pressure.
