ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,329,309, issued on June 17.

"Beverage agitator-frother" was invented by Steven Jerome Caruso (Antioch, Ill.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A device for the convenient frothing or mixing or agitating of milk or other liquids is disclosed. The unit may take many forms, but common to nearly all is that the user simply pours or dispenses the liquid from the devices vessel or holding area, and as the fluid flows to the devices exit spout, the fluid is frothed, thus providing a "Pour to Froth" experience."

The patent was filed on May 21, 2021, under Application No. 17/326,996.
