According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A deployable safety barrier for job sites including a post assembly, a barrier assembly, and a netting assembly. Post assembly includes a tubular structure attached to a base, wherein the base is anchored to the ground to provide structural support to the post. A Toe kick is mounted on the base by means of toe kick securements to provide a protection against debris.
