According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A ladle, for filtering a mixture containing debris, includes an outer bowl with outer holes and an upper edge, an inner bowl disposed within the outer bowl forming a gap therebetween and having ether inner holes or protrusions separated by grooves, disposed below the upper edge and above the outer holes.
