ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,349,833, issued on July 8.
"Portable food warmer" was invented by Julanna C. Hanson (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A portable food warmer comprises a collapsible plastic dish and a warming cover. The warming cover comprises an expandable material having an elastic periphery and a plurality of heating elements. A temperature controlling mechanism is disposed between the power supply and warming cover."
The patent was filed on Nov. 30, 2021, under Application No. 17/538,102.
