"Personal paint and brush holder apparatus" was invented by Arthur Brown (Houston).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A personal paint and brush holder apparatus for holding paint and brushes near a body of a user includes a pouch with an open top end. A waist strap and a thigh strap attach the pouch to the user. A container is removably positionable in a use position in which the pouch holds the container. The container defines a paint reservoir for holding paint. A brush holding compartment is also provided."
