According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An integrated motor disconnect tool is mounted at the base of a motor, which is operationally coupled to a gearbox. The tool facilitates the disconnection of the motor from the gearbox via a series of procedural steps. It features a collar flange with an interior surface concentric to the motor's neutral axis, and includes a set of extraction bolts inserted through apertures located on the top surface of the tool."
