ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,370,568, issued on July 29.

"Portable mister device assembly kit" was invented by Jonathan W. Burke (New York).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A mister kit provides components to assemble as needed and where needed misters of customizable configurations capable of on-site assembly, connectable with local business and residential water sources, and with the ability to be secured to nearby structures."

The patent was filed on Dec. 13, 2021, under Application No. 17/549,647.
