"Magnetic modular doll house" was invented by Jacquelyn Grace Anderson (Katy, Texas).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A magnetic modular dollhouse system enables children to change the dollhouse layout by rearranging rooms and/or adding/removing rooms. In certain embodiments, the dollhouse may comprise individual rooms, wherein two or more rooms may include strategically placed magnets that allows the rooms to "snap" together side to side and/or top to bottom in a directionally guided positional orientation."
