According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A weeping wall has a wall body, a flowable substance inlet, at least one mobile deflector, and a flowable substance outlet. The wall body has a flow surface with a magnetic material layer extending along at least a portion thereof. The flowable substance inlet is at an upper end of the flow surface, with a flowable substance continuously flowing therefrom and downwardly onto the flow surface.
