ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,364,207, issued on July 22.

"System for using pulsed electromagnetic frequencies and electrohydrodynamic flows for improved plant growth" was invented by Don Hess (Tampa, Fla.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed is a system for improving plant growth through the use of electrohydrodynamic (EHD) flows and electromagnetic fields. It has been discovered that the combined use of EHD flows and electromagnetic fields yields surprising plant growth. It has also been discovered that further beneficial growth can be achieved via the use of specific electromagnetic frequencies and field strengths."
