According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention provides a water-activatable soap or hand skin cleanser composition; a water-activated single-use hand towelette; and methods for manufacture, packaging, and use. The composition comprises distilled water, aloe vera, glycerin, citric acid, butylene glycol, decyl glucoside sodium lauroyl lactylate blend, alpha olefin sulfonate, castile soap, phenoxyethanol SA, and fragrance.
