ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,358,750, issued on July 15.
"Cutting system for a dispenser" was invented by Charles Agnew Osborne Jr. (Cumming, Ga.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A dispenser for sheet material may include a feed roller with an integrated cutting mechanism that is movable with the feed roller for at least partially cutting or perforating the sheet material during dispensing thereof."
The patent was filed on Dec. 20, 2017, under Application No. 15/848,643.
